What I Offer
Mat Pilates is a form of exercise designed to strengthen the body with a strong focus on core strength, posture, flexibility, and controlled movement. Performed on a Pilates mat using your own body weight (sometimes with small props), mat Pilates helps improve:

• Postural alignment
• Flexibility and mobility
• Body awareness and coordination
It’s suitable for all fitness levels and provides both physical and mental benefits, making it a truly holistic practice.
Mat Pilates Group Classes
Each class runs for approximately 45 minutes and is designed to be dynamic, engaging, and tailored to the participants attending.
