Book Your Class

Each class runs for approximately 45 minutes and is designed to be dynamic, engaging, and tailored to the participants attending. While classes will vary from week to week, here’s a typical structure:


Warm-Up: Gentle movements to prepare the body, focusing on breath, posture, and alignment.
Core Activation: A series of exercises targeting the core muscles, with variations to suit different fitness levels and intensities.
Full-Body Work: Functional movements that engage multiple muscle groups, promoting balanced strength, stability, and flexibility.
Cool Down: Stretching and mindfulness exercises to promote recovery, flexibility, and relaxation.

You can expect plenty of coaching, motivation, and personal attention throughout each class. After class, there’s always time to ask questions and discuss any specific needs.
